As we head into spring, Stellenbosch has a ton of incredible events planned. On Wednesday, the South African supergroup Goodluck will grace the Daisy Jones stage for an explosive opening night. There will be a Taylor Swift vs ABBA fundraiser event at DORP, so if you’re in the mood to do some good and get your groove on, you should definitely check it out. The charity StellCare will receive 100% of the proceeds.

Rock fans better get ready, because the legendary Arno Carstens and his band, Springbok Nude Girls, will perform live at the Daisy Jones this Thursday — opening for them will be We Kill Cowboys. Sold Ash and Dangerfields will kick off Bohemia’s September Band Night roster on Thursday. On Thursday night, David Derman, an incredibly gifted Stellenbosch-based singer-songwriter, will also be performing at The Meeting Place.

From the third instalment of Pots & Pans at Fool’s Gold to performances by The Gambles, De Wallen, and SNAFU at Aandklas, this weekend is packed with a wide range of events. Additionally, on Sunday afternoon, you don’t want to miss Rocco de Villiers, the iconic South African pianist, performing at Drostdy Theatre.
